Unique Film Opportunities

G.I. Film Festival

GIFF is a great new opportunity that offers veterans a chance to share their stories. By submitting to this festival or sharing it, new voices will be heard. GIFF will be held in Washington D.C. in April, 2017. GIFF is also currently offering sponsorship opportunities.

"The GIFF presents films from new and established international and domestic filmmakers that honor the heroic stories of the American Armed Forces and the worldwide struggle for freedom and liberty.  Some of the films screened are voted on by fans.  Others are screened for the first time.  All will in some way express the courage and selflessness of our fighting men and women and the value of their work."

Asian World Film Festival

Asian World Film Festival is a festival that encourages Asian voices in film. This festival gathers many films from around the world and gives light to voices that might have never had the chance to be heard. AWFF is held in Culver City, California.

"The Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) brings the best of a broad selection of Asian World cinema to Los Angeles in order to draw greater recognition to the region's wealth of filmmakers, strengthening ties between the Asian and Hollywood film industries. Uniting through cross-cultural collaboration, our festival champions films from 50 countries across Asia spanning from Turkey to Japan and Russia to India."

Brothers at War Resiliency

"The BROTHERS AT WAR RESILIENCY PROGRAM integrates multimedia, journaling, live instruction and group participation to create discoveries, break down barriers between family members, and invigorate the reintegration process for Service Members and their families. The workshop gives Soldiers and their families new insights and strategies, which can be integrated into their daily lives. Surveys of these groups have a favorability rating of 4.8 out of a possible 5.0 for the film, the instructor, and the process."
